This page describes the terms for using precisionsky.intoday, while we're still in early engineering and testing. Short, honest, and we'll update when we have real products to describe.

What this site is

An early-stage company website. It describes our current work, intended direction, and research, and lets you contact us. No drone services are currently being sold on this site.

Current status and safety

PrecisionSky is early-stage. Product timelines, capability claims, and regulatory status may change. Any forward-looking statements on this site are aspirational, except for the response guarantee below. Supervised flight tests will be operated by or with certified remote pilots under the applicable requirements. Coordinated multi-drone operation remains research and is not offered commercially.

Response guarantee

If we don't reply within three working days, email us — and your first season of service is on us when we begin operating in your area, up to five acres, no questions asked. This does not mean drone services are currently available. When field service begins, it will be delivered in accordance with applicable aviation, agricultural safety, and other legal requirements.

Acceptable use

Don't submit false information via the forms.
Don't attempt to overload, scrape, or probe the site.
Don't use any PrecisionSky name, mark, or content to imply affiliation or endorsement without written permission.

Liability

This site is provided “as is”. To the extent permitted by law, PrecisionSky is not liable for any indirect or consequential loss from using the site or relying on early-stage information published here.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes, if any, will be resolved in the courts at our registered location.
