How mature is the system today?
A previously flown aircraft is being reassembled and validated in India. Supervised autonomous field testing is the next step.
What are the supervised-flight and legal boundaries?
Supervised tests will be conducted with a certified remote pilot on site who can abort. Autonomous operation does not remove the applicable Indian aviation and agricultural requirements.
How is PrecisionSky different from existing agri-drone companies?
Established manufacturers and operators already serve this market. Our approach is to develop the aircraft, autonomy, and mission software together for local field conditions.
Who is the customer and who pays?
Expected customers include FPOs, Custom Hiring Centres, PACS, and drone operators. Subsidy programmes may help finance access, while per-acre service is the intended model where appropriate.
