Short version: we ask only for the email address we need to reply to you, your message arrives as an email in our private inbox, and we'll delete it on request. This policy aims to align with India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 (DPDP).

What we collect

Your email address when you send us a message, plus anything you choose to type into the optional note field.
The page of this site you wrote from and a submission timestamp, included with your message for context.
Your IP address, used as an in-memory rate-limit key. It is not included in the email we receive; the key is cleared when the server process restarts.

We do not use third-party analytics or advertising trackers on this site.

Why we collect it

To reply to your message.
To understand interest in pilots, partnerships, and agricultural flight-system research.
To protect the form from spam and misuse.

Where it lives

Your message is delivered as an email to our private team inbox. Resend (resend.com) processes the delivery and Zoho Mail hosts the inbox; both act as service providers. Only the team has access. We do not sell or rent this data, or share it for third-party marketing.

Your rights

Under DPDP you can request access, correction, or deletion of your data at any time. Email us from the address you used to contact us and we'll act within 7 working days.

Data retention

We keep your contact submission and its timestamp until you ask us to delete them, or until they become clearly irrelevant (e.g. a bounce for 2+ years).

Changes

If this policy changes in a material way, we'll update the “last updated” date and, where appropriate, email a one-line summary to people who have contacted us.
