Policy
Privacy
Last updated: Apr 2026
Short version: we ask for the minimum info we need to reply to you, we store it in a private Google Sheet, and we'll delete it on request. This policy aims to align with India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 (DPDP).
What we collect
- Name, email, and (optional) phone when you submit the waitlist or contact form.
- A role dropdown answer (farmer, operator, investor, researcher, other) and anything you type into the free-text message field.
- Basic request metadata (IP address, timestamp) used only for rate-limiting and spam prevention. Not persisted beyond 24 hours.
We do not use third-party analytics or advertising trackers on this site.
Why we collect it
- To reply to your message or add you to the pilot waitlist.
- To prioritise early-access invitations when pilot slots open near you.
- To send infrequent product updates — at most a few emails a year, from maruthimanideepgorla@gmail.com.
Where it lives
Your submission is sent to a private Google Sheet owned by the founders, via a Google Apps Script webhook. Only the founders have access. We do not sell, rent, or share this data with any third party.
Your rights
Under DPDP you can request access, correction, or deletion of your data at any time. Email maruthimanideepgorla@gmail.com from the address you signed up with and we'll act within 7 working days.
Data retention
We keep your submission until you ask us to delete it, or until it becomes clearly irrelevant (e.g. a bounce for 2+ years).
Changes
If this policy changes in a material way, we'll update the “last updated” date and, for active waitlist members, email a one-line summary.
